Located in Tardeo, formerly known as Sherichi Wadi. We broke records with that project: it gave Mumbai its first building with a stilt height of 58 feet. We poured cement 72 hours without pause to achieve it. But what we remember is the people—300 municipal tenants were rehabilitated in less than 14 months.
Once known as Rangari Chawl in Wadala. It was the first municipal-acquired property that we redeveloped. We gave 105 people better living infrastructure. We changed their day-to-day lives, and so changed how they could imagine their futures.

We’ve tackled projects where the buildings were wrapped in property title disputes for over 20 years. Over 20 years. We specialize in mitigating disputes and starting work immediately.
Redevelopment is the future
We’re living in a city where space is at a premium and there is a desperate land shortage. Yet, the demand for property has not diminished. If anything, it’s increased. The only way forward is to redevelop. Redevelop slums, old buildings, neglected areas of the city. Make Mumbai into the city we imagine. That can give us the life we imagine.

Our construction cost is nearly 20% higher than the current market average because we don’t skimp on materials. There is no difference between a purchaser’s flat and a tenant’s flat.
